It can be very difficult to conceive while suffering from PCOS. HOWEVER, if you are treated for the condition (usually metformin, plus diet/exercise and possibly fertility meds), you will likely be able to conceive AND mitigate many of the other side effects like weight gain, excess hair, moodiness etc.
I read a statistic that say 80% of women with PCOS should be able to conceive w/o the use of fertility drugs at some point in their lives.
I DID much to the utter and complete disbelief of my doctors. (I also suffer from Graves' Disease and Celiac Disease).
Reduce stress in your life (easier said than done) and be thankful that you KNOW what the problem is and can now begin solving it.
