Hey everyone,
I posted this on the TTC board and thought I would post it here also.
I am currently in pharmacy school and just received a new product bulletin for Avandamet. It is a combination of Avandia and metformin.
Anyway, I just wanted to pass this along to my fellow cysters.

Thnx! There is already a cyster in here taking Avandamet. I haven't talked with her for a while, so I don't know how well it's working for her.

I think it's great they thought of combining both meds!

I've been on avandamet for about 2 mos now...and I really like it! It's done wonders for my depression and my cycles are coming back!

I'm currently taking 2/500 mg once a day which is 2mg avandia and 500 mg metformin...

I did have shortness of breath a few weeks ago...and intestinal upsets are rare with me.

Though I do have a rash now....but I'm still waiting to see if it's the new detergent or winter dryness I before calling the doctor.
