Hi Everyone! I just joined this group. It is 11:00 at night. I just got my first wig in the mail last night because my hair loss has reached an all new height. I had been taking meds to help with my thinning hair but stopped two years ago because I was trying to conceive. It is amazing how fast my hair has left me. I am feeling very vulnerable and saddened as I come to terms with the realization that I will probably not have any more children ( I have not had a period on my own in over a year), I am offically bald, I grow a better beard then my husband, and I now weigh 30 pounds more then I did the day I gave birth to my son (the one blessing I can not thank God enough for!)
Hi Sam's Mom! Welcome! I'm new here myself, having joined very recently. I'm also from Wisconsin! Feel free to read my profile to read "my story". I'm also suffering from hair loss issues and was happy to find this site to know that I'm not alone. So far, I love it here. Everyone is very friendly and there is a lot of great info. Nice meeting you and hope to see more of you on the site!
