Ok Here is my problem. I just had a baby 5 months ago after ivf My dh and I are open to the idea of having anouther baby but not actually trying, just if it happens great. But I am looking for a way to control my symptoms with out bc. What do you guys recomend?

Hairy face
No Ovulation
No Af
Acne
I am ir

Oh and dh has low sperm count what could he talk.

Any help would be appriciated

Here's a link to a post by someone. It basically sums up what a lot of people post about natural supplements that can benefit PCOS. That will be a good start for you. As for your DH you can research supplements like Saw Palmetto and Yohimbe. They may or may not be beneficial. Hope this helps.
