Hello everyone!
For quite a long time I have been a lurker on these boards, when I finally decided that I had enough of the fertility treatments, and just wanted to be a mommy, I started checking out the Adoption Option bb and now I feel, even though I haven't really posted a lot, as if you are all friends and I look so forward to your updates and news. Just a bit of history here, I am adopting my niece's baby. Anyway, the news I have is, we went to the dr. yesterday, and found out it is a GIRL!! I am so excited! Just about 4 1/2 more months and I will have my sweet little girl in my arms. We are so happy. My niece is so excited that she gets to give me a child that I have always wanted and still she will be a part of everything afterwards. You couldn't ask for a more open adoption! Anyway, I am sorry this is long, but I couldn't wait to share the news with my "friends". Thank you for everything you do, all the advice you give, and the encouragement and joy you give.

Yes, her name is Kiley Renee, the middle name is my middle name, and my niece, my husband and I just love the name Kiley. Thank you all for your joyful encouragement, I will keep you all posted as everything progresses.
