Sorry ladies... I just cant go through all the pages... but the info is appreciated. I was on "another break" from TTC... i think I still am. Im just working on making me healthy in and out. Lost about 21 lbs since Feb, and trying to eat right.
I started Vitex in Feb with CLA (for weightloss) today I decided to go back to the ProGest NPC. Im worried, because the last time I did it "faithfully"
1/2 tsp x 2 time per day x 14 days - and NOTHING! Im sick of being obsessed with this whole thing... I just want to be "normal" .
To top it off my newly-wed friend who vocally stated she wanted no kids right away is PG! I hate that I was filled with upset and jealousy... because it is her happy time... I just had to walk away from the whole conversation and act like its all gravy, while inside I was screaming. Sorry I am ranting! But i have no one to talk to about this. I am so protective of my feelings - my PCOS, my infertility... no ones knows... call it pride, but it is my shame and I choose to conceal it. Thankfully, i have a supportive husband and he knows everything and it removes that burden off of me at least. So well wish me luck ladies... I hope NPC does the trick... I want and need my PERIOD!
PS: someone showed me this thing she said she bought at Walmart... its a small stick that she licks, then looks into like a collidascope and if it has texture shes fertile? if its clear she is not... go figure she uses it as a birth control method... (Must be nice!)
So what is the regimen for starting AF again? (NPC)

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon. Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.
Has anyone seen AF? She is MIA, if you find her please send her my way. Trying to move on to cycle number 2 of TTC #2
