Just today I was diagnosed with PCOS, I found this site by googling to learn more about this condition.
I originally went to the doctor with complaints of stomach pain, worse pain than I had with endo, and even worse than when I had an ectopic.
The doc thought he felt a mass on my ovary so he scheduled an ultrasound and took a bunch of blood.
Today when I went in, he said based on my blood tests (I didn't get specifics) and on my ultrasound I have PCOS. The thing is, I have NO other symptoms that I'm reading about on this and other websites. I don't have periods anymore because I had a partial hysterectomy a year ago, but when I did have them they were regular, I don't have any excess hair growth, I'm not overweight (by too much

, I don't have acne and I never had any fertility problems before my hysterectomy.
So, my question, is there something that would show the same irregularities on blood work and ultrasound, but that is not PCOS? Or, is it possible to have PCOS without any of these symptoms?
The doctor did not prescribe me any type of medications, he said to follow up in about a month, but in the mean time, I still have the original pain that I went in for in the first place. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Jessica
