heyy lovely ladies!!
read my siggy, its kinda long, i know i know, BUT you guys should all be aware, i LOVE to write "essays" , LMAO
anyways im 17, well i will be in July *AHEM*
and I got diagnosed recently in March 2008 and recently I have started to regulate on my exercise (walking 4 miles/daily) and trying to cut back on junk and basically taking it slow, also I have to lose 75.lb to be exact, lost 5 already, dunno how, LOL, so anyone interested in becoming my weight loss buddy? =)
anyways I'm SO glad I found this board, it has EVERYTHING and you ladies are so open , its the best!

and why isnt it working well Tashamarie? like are you excersising on a regular?
honestly its not going so good for me as well, i dont exersise everyday, but every other day so I feel like complete **** cuz I feel like I failed 
its a struggle
but I am so determined, i know this
and I HATE to use the treadmill, i actually tried the 1 hour tea-bo videos and they are HARD-CORE but they work, i remember people had seen me after 3 weeks were shocked that I looked so much lighter, even though the scale didnt change much it works
too bad my lil brother recorded Spongebob over half the workout :@
