I have been looking on here for something similar but i have not seen anything.
Do any of you ladies suffer from ichy nipplies. I mean it is so weird it just sort of started and i thought maybe it was the bra but i washed them all and still the itching. And it is not like it is the whole boob just the nipple.
Have any of you dealt with this? What have ya'll done about it? What causes it? Is it a sign of PG? I am in the 2WW.

I know that in the winter when the air in our house is dry, I get very itchy in certain spots and my breasts/nipples can get really bad if I don't moisturize enough.

I thought that too so i have been putting not scented moisturizing lotion on them but it doesn't seem to help.

Occasionally I get pretty itchy too, but it comes in waves so I've never had a chance to figure out what it was. Sometimes my skin gets dry enough that it takes a while for lotion to start working, too.

Gawd, I thought I was a compete weirdo because my nipples got dry and itchy. So funny when I'm sitting on the bf's couch itching them or putting lotion on them under my shirt cause they're driving me nuts. I feel so bad though having to explain to him that it's not me being kinky just itchy. For the longest time I thought it was because they were pierced but it just started about a year ago and I've had them done for 4 years. Best thing I've found is vaseline that helps them to moisturise quick like.
I drink tons of water (probably 15 glasses a day) and try and remember to use lotion though I forget a lot. I have dry skin everywhere but I also think that's because I love LoVE LOVE taking hot baths.

Try using a really thick rich moisturizer, something like a body butter. Or even the 'udder cream' or 'bag balm' that you can find at drugstores now. Nipples do get chapped. Also make sure your bra is not too loose, especially the bra you work out in. If your breasts are moving around inside the bra it can cause chafing.
Try using Lanolin cream. That is what breastfeeding mothers often use for chapped nipples. You can find it in most stores near the bottles and nursing pads.
Other than that, make sure your bra is not too loose or too tight. Either extreme will irritate them. If you don't do so already, maybe try sleeping without a bra at night to give them some "rest" too.
