Default new question...old problem

Hi,
I know there have been several posts on here lately about boils, but I have sort of a new take on this. I have always gotten boils in the groin area, but since having my daughter and now having more stretch marks in the stomach area I am getting them right at the waist line..IN THE STRETCH MARKS...they are horribly painful and ugly and some of them are scarring. What should I do??? I think it was where the skin is so thin and damaged. Is there anything that will help get rid of them. It's hard to resist the urge to squeeze even though I know that will make it worse..I want them out and GONE! Help!
