Default new and questions!

hey girls!! What a wonderful forum you have set up!!

My question..I am on CD 55 and no AF in sight.. she is missing! I have used Provera in the past to jumpstart my Af but wanting to avoid it now if possible.. due to change in DR's and insurance. I have read alot of info about using progesterone cream..but Im not sure where to buy this and what has been your experience using this??

thanks so much !!

Lisa

Do a google search for natural progesterone cream and you'll learn more. It COULD help to bring on a period but if it does, it will likely take a lot longer. It would do what Provera would do...induce a bleed. My doctor said it's questionable about how much of it actually gets into your blood stream to see any improvement in anything.

I think if you're post menipausal in need of HRT then it could be beneficial but I don't think there's much success in a younger person with annovulatory cycles/ no periods.

Provera is probably your best bet. Do you ever get AF on your own?
