Just wanted to stop by and post. I have finally registered after reading some others experiences. I was diagnosed 3.5 years ago and have been doing IF treatments for a little over a year. Discouraged and sad but not givng up. Thanks to all who come and post and who have any advice!
Sunlyon, what advice are you looking for? Theres so much advice all our Cysters have to give in regards to many many topics that perhaps requesting info on specific topics may yeild more results.

It was just my first post. I hadn't had a lot of time to look around yet. I have already been grateful enough to have some other questions answered when I posed them. I was just kind of saying thank you before the advice was ever given.
