Question New and Scared and Can't get Pregnant

Hi,

I was just diagnosed with PCOS this month and am trying to learn as much as I can. Mee and my husband have been trying to get pregnant over a year and that is what sent me to the VA hospital. The doc has had me running thru tests for the last two months. Finally all my problems make sense.

I was just looking for advice on weight loss and pregnancy. CAn anyone help?

I have a book on PCOS and in the diet section is says the most important part is to pick something you know you can stick to and try to cut as many carbs as you can. It gives a lot of meal ideas and recipes, and there is a lot you can find online too. Let me know if you want me to post some of it
