Hey Everyone, My name is norma, I'm 22 yrs old. I just found out on the 6th that I have PCOS. I just want to meet & talk to other women that have this. I'm kind of worried of the out come of this.
I'm not sure what to expect either, but I did get some books to help me out. The one I am currently reading is Positive Options for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and so far I like it. It really explains things and has up coming chapters on weight, helping yourself and emotions. Maybe it will be some help to you.
I have been searching online but would like a book also. I was seaching the catalog at my local library and found a book called, Living with P.C.O.S. Hopefully I can find some more info on this. So where are you from?

HI Norma..Welcome to SC. I hope you have found us to be helpful. So what did you want to know? I was dx'd in 2002 and it took awhile for me to get pregnant. Now I have a 4 month old.
