I found this site doing internet searches for the varrious TTC meds and labwork, etc. DH and I have been doing recently.
Some quick info - I'm 36 and married to DH, 38, for almost 6 yrs. We've been TTC since October, 2004. We were able to conceive once on our own in January, 2007 but had a m/c 3/31/07. We've been actively working with my OB/GYN and now RE for the past year almost. Current cycle is Follistim (first time with that) with hCG trigger shot this past Tues and should have Oed on Thursday (10/1). I get progesterone level taken 10/8 and can test on 10/15. Fingers crossed and prayers much appreciated.
My PCOS history - I was diagnosis in 1998 after never having regular periods. At the time my OB/GYN said "You may need a little help getting pregnant." At the time that didn't concern me, I was single and young and not even thinking of children yet. Little did I know what this would really mean over 10 years later.
There's more details but this is rather long and my story isn't too different from many others I've read here and on other boards. So "Hi" to all and thanks for having such and extensive site dedicated to PCOS.
Good luck on your TTC journey, Jen. This is a great site with a TON of information!!
