Hi all! I was disagnosed w PCOS in 03-04. In 05 my hubby and I started fertility treatments and was blessed to have gotten prego the first time. We unfortunately lost the baby at 10wks. We tried for another 4months when we got the 2nd bfp in march 06. It was a hard pregnancy. Our twins were born at 25wks 3days. They are now h & h 3yr olds! Little Miracles in all ways!
I went back on bcp after they were born but within the last yr an a half I decided enough is enough with masking pcos w bcp. So my ob thought provera taken every couple of months might jump start af into regular cycles. Well it made af come when I took it but not any other time. After 6 months of no af I decided to do some research and found vitex. So I did provera for the 10days and af came Oct 8th and I started vitex on the 18th (so cd10). I have never had a "normal natural" cycle so I dont really know what to expect. But I think that I may have od 20th-22nd. I am not really "trying" but we are not preventing either.
The last few days I have been having some symptoms that I am not sure about. SORE bb (getting worse by the day), headaches, backache, tired (I do have 3yr old twins lol), acne (I usually never have), & some cramping (twinges) around my pelvic area. I dont know if maybe the vitex is kicking in af, or if I od, or if just the vitex is causing some of these issues(although the vitex has diffently helped me feel better and up the libido LOL). Any thoughts? Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
