Default New to Soul and PCOS

HI,

I wanted to say a big hello to everyone.

I've been having problems for over 10 years and have just been diagnosed with PCOS although I am now waiting on an appointment with an endocrinologist.

I'm wondering, my doc in passing suggested that they will want to inject me with a steroid to see how my body processes it, has anyone had this done? Do you know what it's all about?

I've been reading stuff online about PCOS but I'm still feeling a bit lost, I've got the usual symptoms, thinning hair on my head, excess hair everywhere else and I have sleep apnoea which only pop up now and again on symptom descriptions. Does anyone else have this? Could this cause me any problems?

Hope to speak to some of you soon,

Roby x
