Hi everyone. My name is Lori. I'm so glad I found this forum while doing some research about my recently diagnosed PCOS. I was diagnosed last month after seeing a new doctor. According to some of my lab results from over a year ago, she says she would have diagnosed me and medicated me then, but I wasn't her patient and the other doctor didn't even consider PCOS the reason I missed 7 cycles and have gained close to 100lbs in the last 8 years without any significant lifestyle change. I'm hoping that with medication and diet I can reach a healthy weight again and take care of many of the other issues I have that are linked with PCOS.
