ugh.... just when some of my insulin resistence spots started to fade, I have new spots coming in over the top of the old. Very annoying. I have a dr's appt on the 20th to find out what's going on, but I wanted to know if someone else had the same thing happen to them.

What are IR spots? Sorry if i's a dumb question, I'm very new to this... just started Met. last night.

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing silverhawk but I'm IR and I getting these spots everywhere on my body but they are more visible on my arms. I'm african american and it shows up as very light spots on my body like all the pigment is gone from where the spots are at. I hope that helps you get somewhat of an ideal abeebah.
