Hi. Glad I found this site!
I was diagnosed a few weeks ago. I have been so depressed about it. Now I want to get control of my health and find a good diet. Any tips?

I was just diagnosed on Wednesday and it took me until today to really to take it in. Sounds like we will be looking for the same info. I hope this journey will be the answer to a lot of my questions...I too am very glad I stumbled across this forum.
