Question New Test Results

Well I got my new test results from this past Friday. I take Armour 60mg once per day. I am hypo and have hashi's.

Free T4 1.21 range .61-1.76
Free T3 5.4 range 2.3-4.2 indicated High on labwork
TSH .104 range .45-4.5 indicated Low on labwork

Previous results.....

Free T4 1.17
Free T3 3.0
TSH 3.614
All same ranges

What in the free world do I do now? Sorry to sound crazed, but my doc doesnt seem to think anything is wrong. Yet I have all the same hypo symptoms as I had before. Nothing at all has changed. Anyone who can interpret, please do so. I would love any advice. Thank you.
