welcome to sc  i find that as long as i avoid greasy/fatty/sugar food as much as poss and always eat with the met i get on ok with it.

NEW to thread Old to pcos 
and I never ever leave my house without makeup cause my face is scarred from ingrown hairs but wait it gets better...I am almost bald too...I barely have hair on the side of my head or by my neck line (((((sigh))))) b4 I leave the house, I have to make sure that my makeup is perfect but really who am I kidding AND that every piece of hair is perfectly placed to hide the bald spots (sorry for the rant but this is the first time I get to speak about this)....I have managed to lose 80lbs on my own and I just want to feel comfy in my own skin but I feel like I will never be happy with my overall appearance because I am always hiding behind a mask....
