Default new VIVE shampoo - for men...tried it?

Ok, so there's a new Loreal VIVE shampoo out for men, that's supposed to make your hair cover your scalp better. Apparently the Regenium XY technology replicates hair protein so your hair looks thicker.

Has anyone tried it yet? I think I might give it a shot, I just wish it weren't for men....I don't want my hair to smell like a boy shampoo. But hey...if it works, I can find a good conditioner to cover up the smell!

I am using it, I mix it with another shampoo/conditioner to mask the "man" smell. It works for me, leaves my hair (which is thinning out) look and feel fuller, at least fuller than what it is.
I recomend it.

Good to hear positive feed back

My parents got a sample in the mail of the 2 in 1 formula, so I snagged it from them. I used it today, and my conditioner covered up the man smell. (it's not as strong as I thought it would be...) I don't notice much of a difference, but I'm going to finish up the sample and see if it helps any.

Thanks for the reply.

My DH uses it and loves it - there's also a hair gel in the same line.

I never noticed the manly smell - probably because I take a shower first...

Actually, I find that the "man" smell isn't that bad. It's not very strong. I use Dove condition afterwards and haven't smelled like a boy after. I'm still trying to figure out if my hair looks any better....I suppose it's worth a shot!
