Question new and worried, anyone with imilar issues.?

HI,
Only new here and thank god i found a site like this after all these years.
I found out i had pcos about 11 years ago after losing my son at 7 months pregnant. I was told it would be unlikely to have another child but 9 months on fell pregnant again with a baby girl who weighed in at nearly 10 pounds..lol. welcome PCOS, i have always been overweight although i am active and eat reletively well, still can't get down past a size 22. I had gestational diabetes throughout my pregnancys which needed insulin shots 4 times daily and high doses. So welcome IR aswell.

Over the years i have had terrible pains, ruptured cysts and have been on metformin. Was seeing a infertility specialist when my husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer, in 06 and before being put on clomid i found out we were pregnant, ( lucky to fall while he had the cancer) We misscarried with ttiplets but a few months later pregnant again, we had our baby girl on the 16/6/07.

Since having her i have had little to no heavy bleeding, very irregular, and have spot bled for over a month. I have had some severe pains and headaches, and the occasional nosebleed which i havn't had since playing alot of netball in my youth.

Had ultrasound and it said there was a 3cm mass in my uterus and there were several other cyts. ( not sure of the names i havn't got a copy from the dr yet) He thought i was pregnant, did the bloods not pregnant. He is send ing me to a gynae to be checked out. Has anyone ever had something simlilar to this, as im worried it might be a tumor or something to do with endometritious ( spelling sorry). If you have what were the proceedures to find out what was wrong? i will find out tomorrow hopefully the full results from the ultrasound( vaginal ) and can post the names of the cysts ect.

Any info would be great. Oh i forgot to mention i had a epidural when i had my daughter 8 months ago and have had spine pain since. I am having a cat scan tomorrow on the lumbar part of the spine, does anyone know if there is a tumor or something that shouldn't be in my uterus, would it show up on that scan..?

Thanks for the site, its good to read others share the same affects as i do.
Best wishes to everyone,
Corinna Tindall
