Hello to all
Let me start out by saying that I am very blessed to have found this website. I mean, I have been on here b4 but never really looked into it as I have today. So let me give you a bit more info about me.
I am 24 yrs old, I've had a baby boy born 12-14-99, and I am currently planning my July 2006 wedding to my fiancee of 6 yrs and the father of my son. My name is Kya and we have been ttc conceive since early 2003, (well not now b/c of the wedding, but afterwards). We have had about 2 miscarriages one was on my sisters b.day 5/28/00@ 7 wks and the other was 10/26/02@ 13 1/2 weeks.
I was offically dx with PCOS 5/11/04, but had some syptoms sense I could remember. I went through the horrible cramping at the start of my periods when I was 12 yrs old. I even missed school b/c I was so sick from my periods. I went through the finding cysts on my ovaries from 15 up until now.
I was at my highest wght 262 and now weighing in at 236, I also have all the syptoms of Pcos, the hairyness, the thinning hair, the gaing wght in the areas men do, hotflashes, sweats, the brown and black patches and I am also severe Depression.
I am currently on Met 1000 mgs aday, and also effixor for depression 150 mgs a day. My right ovary has more cysts than my left ovary, and had the test done when they inject dye into your cervix. And everything was clear as a whistle. LOL
I am hoping to meet a lot of pcos members and pregnancy while dealing with pcos members.
