I have read a few articles that says a low carb diet is best with pcos; is that true?

I haven't necessarily found that low carb is best, but what I have found that works best is no WHITE carbs, and no sugar. I do fine eating the brown rice, pasta, and breads, and am losing weight successfully that way.
