Hi everyone!!

I was just diagnosed with PCOS on Tuesday, April 1st. They put me on Metformin. I just have to say, I am glad I have not experienced any side affects of it. I was just wondering if any of you ladies had any advice for a newbie. If so, please share it with me.

welcome to sc, there is a link in my siggie to the newbie road map. I find that if i avoid greasy/sugar/fatty food as much as poss, and always eat with the met, i am ok.

Hopi Girl: Thats a rather general question! ts kind of hard to simply provide general advice to someone. Theres so much that PCOS encompases and so many different avenues that we take, perhaps you would receive more information if you posted some more solid questions as to what youre specifically looking for advice with.
