Hello To All! Im Lost, So Lost. My Studsband (female Husband) And I Have Been Ttc Since 09/2007. Here We Are Almost A Year Later And Last Week I Was Diagnosed With Pcos. I Have Been Doing My Own Research But All The Research Won't Compare To Understanding This From Someone Who Is Dealing With It! I Just Look Foward To Meeting Friends And Learning What I Am Up Against. I Have No Idea Where To Begin Or Even The Right Things To Say. Do I Cry? Do I Smile? Should I Be Worried? I Feel Like My Dr. Just Gave Me The Infomation And Said This Is What You Have. And Next Visit We Will Discuss Clomid. Im Scared, Im Depressed, And I Just Need Someone To Talk To Who Understands. Im Glad I Found This Site. My Journey Has Already Begun To Seem Possible With Just The Thought Of Not Only Having Support But Giving Support. Thank You
Yeah it can be overwhelming, these boards though have so much information. There's places to vent, ask questions and just chat. TTC is a whole other world though. Good Luck and I hope you can find something that helps As for the Clomid I'd give it a try, it can't hurt. Just go with your heart, cry if you need to and enjoy the good times. Take care.

It's understandable to be confused and feel lost. I found out in May that I had PCOS. My Dr. did the same thing just pretty much told me I had PCOS and that was it. I cried alot at first. It helps that you have your Studsband. You were blessed as well as I was, to have someone go through it with you and share the emotions. It's not an easy road but the more you learn the better it feels. I just joined this site yesterday and it's phenomenal. Good luck with everything.
Well Let Me Say Welcome! There Is Soooo.. Much To Learn On This Site. I Haven't Taken As Full Of An Advantage Of It As I Should. But Plan To! Thank You!!! I Look Foward To Getting To Know You!
Welcome! I was initially diagnosed 8 or 9 years ago but my doctor at the time said it wasn't a big deal as long as I wasn't ttc. I wasn't, so I didn't do anything about my condition. It wasn't until I was diagnosed again a couple of years ago that I found out much more. I'm angry that I lost so much treatment time, but I think a lot of medical professionals just don't know that much about PCOS. I have to admit that as a patient I don't always know what questions to ask. This site has been tremendously helpful though. As I continue to educate myself I feel like I make much better use of the time that I spend with my doctor.
Welcome to the board. We are here to talk if you wants to. I am in the chat room now if u like to chat
