Exclamation Newbie alert!!
Hello everybody!!!!
My name is mel i am 23 years old from yorkshire (uk). I was diagnosed with pcos in august 2005 after much research after ,my doctors tried to fob me off that there was nothing wrong with me!.i have been on dianette since but am commencing on metaformin next week as the dianette does not really do much for me apart from cleared my skin up a little. cant beleive it has taken me this long to find you!im glad i have though what a support network!. any way i would love to hear from you!

Congratulations that you have found your answers!!! Just knowing what is going on with your body feels sooooo good! Welcome and I know you'll find all the support you are looking for. I know I have!!!

Good luck with the met. I didn't have any problems and I've lost 20 lbs in 20 weeks! Very exciting. I've got a few more to go! I feel sooooo much better! Good luck!

The most important thing is to find a PCOS friendly doctor who listens to you addresses your concerns. I hope you find a great doctor. Ask other ladies on here for recommendations in your area. There is a "Find a doctor" section on here.
