Default newbie: blast the mood swings!

I just joined the site, but I've been dealing with PCOS since 2002. The hardest thing for me has been to deal with the slight mood swings. I'm also on the basic medications to treat the other symptoms. I guess that's the biggest thing that I need some pointers on. How to deal with the basic mood swings and trying to control stress. Any ideas??

I can't offer any advice on the mood swings because I get them pretty often and haven't found out how to deal with them effectively. Everything is still a learning process for me.
