You have to learn to like veggies regardless if you drop sugar/dairy/wheat from your diet. They really, really, really will help with your PCOS.
I recommend doing it cold turkey. You may feel badly the first several days, but that's just your body weaning itself off the sugar and simple carbs. If you have craving, eat a handful of raw nuts like walnuts or almonds. I ate way too many nuts my first week but it helped my cravings.
For breakfast, I generally eat 2-3 eggs or some gluten-free sausage. I will have a small slice of avocado, tomato, or some berries.
For lunch, I have a medium-sized spinach salad with 4-6 ounces of chicken or turkey. Lots of olive oil on the salad.
For dinner, I have 4-6 ounces of red meat or fish with about 2-3 cups of veggies covered in butter.
I snack on nuts, olives, and celery. I drink lots of herbal tea.
I never eat too much food at one time because I will get hypoglycemic.
