My name is Nickia I am 25, I was Dx with Pcos in march of 2005 my gyn put me on 1500 met daily and still have terriable side effects Dh is 24 and we have been ttc for 4 years really five cause i have never been on bcp. I have had a lap all clear, Hsg all clear, Tried 3 months of clomid 50, 100, 150 and did not respond at all. So set out for a new gyn found one and she DX me with pcos she suggested that i try clomid again after being on met for a month so after a month of met i tried 150 of clomid for two months and still nothing she said that is as far as she can go and said i should go see a RE. So now I am off to RE, appointment is Dec. 8

Welcome to soul cysters! I also tried clomid and it didn't work for me, I am now taking 1500mg met and going to a RE and he recommended never putting me back on clomid because it didn't work by it self. Just thought i would let you know.
