 Newbie here!
Hello Ladies,
My name is Erin and I am 23 years old and I was diagnosed with PCOS just a few months ago. I recently moved from Connecticut (where i lived for 18 years) to Nevada. Therefore, the doctor that diagnosed me isn't familiar with me and my life. I feel like I am not necessarily getting the best treatment because of that. Before being diagnosed I had some very bad habits and since then have been trying to break them. Example: Exercise and eating healthy. It has been a life changing experience because my lifestyle was the complete opposite of what it should be. I am not really sure what else to say other than I am sooo thankful to have found this board and all the women on it! NOT ONE PERSON I KNOW understands what is going on or what's to come and it's helpful to know that there are people that I can talk to that do. Anyway, thanks for reading my intro to the bulletin boards. I would love advice or comments from anyone that has time to give them. Thank you again!
