Hello Cysters,

My name is Lynn and i am 27.. I havent officially been diagnosed yet I am still looking for a doctor who will say more than "your fat".. I have been having problems with AF for a fews years now and it never really was a concern to me ..But now me and DBF are trying to have a baby and I am starting to get worried.. I am overweight that I know and I am trying to lose weight but it is hard enough. I think I have all the symptoms of PCOS such as hair everywhere im a nair and shave queen, No periods for months at a time. I know i dont ovulate, fat around the middle which is hard to lose.. Im just ready to get D/X so i can treat the symptoms and get preggers.. I think this site is awesome..

I wish you luck in your search for a doctor. I read so many horror stories and didn't even want to deal with going to a regular doctor and being told the same thing..."if you just lost some weight everything would be rainbows and sunshine." I got lucky and was recommended to an endocrinologist who my aunt says is amazing. I have my appointment at the end of April and I am glad I found this site too cause its a little bit overwhelming and scary.
