hi ya im a newbie on here but not a newbie to pcos
my doc has me on metformin and the pill to keep them in control but i dont think its helped with weight at all. the pill has heped however as i used to get terrible period pains. i have been goin to to the gym on a referral when i weighed myself from the start to the end of the referall there was no weight change at all, i had really tried, not even that i had put weight on!!! even the instructor was confused lol. i have just bought some sea kelp from holland and barrett as i heard that they may help. if anyone has any suggestions i am more than willing to listen! many thanks and hi to alll going to docs on 9th xxx

welcome to sc i dont know about sea kelp, but im sure someone will be able to help.

could you be eating something that isnt helping with your weight loss?? i know when i was eating wheat/gluten i was always putting in weight. But since stopping eating wheat/gluten once i found i am intollerant, my weight has gone down
