newbie here feeling hairy fat and soon to be 30

hi there

i am from the north west england spend my time between near manchester and liverpool

i was dx in dec 2002

and am on 2000mg metformin and bcp - minulet

at the moment i am struggling so much with my weight i just cant get it back under control and my laser treatment for my facial hair as failed

i have tried most diets and i got to the gym 5 times a week

anyone got any advice for me

Hi...Welcome to SC. I think you doing great by going to the gym. When was the last time you saw you doc? Maybe run some blood work to find out what is going on. I am sorry you are going through this. Contact me if you wish.
