Default Newbie not yet diagnosed

Hi I'm new and not yet diagnosed but I'm setting up an appointment to get checked tomorrow. I was wondering what type of doctor I should go to?

I am new too. I made an appointment with my ex-gyno, but I can't get in for two weeks.

Hey, I'm new-ish. My pcp (primary care physician) gave me the name and number of an endocrinologist and I have an appointment there in a few weeks....so that would probably be a good route for you to take.
you could also call and ask them? I don't know, just a thought. Good luck!

i saw my GYN but then she referred me to a Endo for the issues after the diagnosis, so i guess in part it would depend on what you are comfortable with and what your insurance will cover. Some don't cover a straight run to the Endo and you have to have a referral from a PCP or GYN...

Goodluck!

Cstar just want to ask how did your appointment go? I know doctors give you probably half a minute to say all your concerns,it's hard, what helps me is I write my question in a sticky and bring it to my appt so i dont miss any questions.

Goodluck!
