Hey, I'm new-ish. My pcp (primary care physician) gave me the name and number of an endocrinologist and I have an appointment there in a few weeks....so that would probably be a good route for you to take.
you could also call and ask them? I don't know, just a thought. Good luck!

You'll need coffee shops and sunsets and road trips. Airplanes and passports and new songs and old songs, but people more than anything else. You will need other people and you will need to be that other person to someone else; a living breathing screaming invitation to believe better things.
i saw my GYN but then she referred me to a Endo for the issues after the diagnosis, so i guess in part it would depend on what you are comfortable with and what your insurance will cover. Some don't cover a straight run to the Endo and you have to have a referral from a PCP or GYN...
Goodluck!

Cstar just want to ask how did your appointment go? I know doctors give you probably half a minute to say all your concerns,it's hard, what helps me is I write my question in a sticky and bring it to my appt so i dont miss any questions.
