I just got diagnosed with PCOS today. I have always had trouble with so many of these things since i was teen that in a way, I'm not surprised. At least I know why now.
I have horrific acne and problems with oily skin/hair - am trying to work out nautral remedies. Any suggestions?
My hubby and I have been thinking about getting PG - before when we thought everything was normal we weren't in a hurry and were just thinking pregnancy inside 2 years would be great. Now wonder if we should just go for it. My question: how long has it taken you to get PG and can it be done naturally or will we probably have to look at fertility treatment????
It's a lot to take in. Any feedback gratefully accepted.

HI Welcome to SC. If you are planning to wait awhile then I would check into some ways to get healthy. For me it took 3 doctors and then found what our problem was. Check out the ttc boards when you get a chance. Feel free to contact me.

How hard to get pregnant depends on many things, e.g. do know if you ovulate?
If you are not in a hurry, but are planning on trying ot get pregnant in the not tooo distant future, it might be a idea to find a doctor who will listen to our concerns and help you plan a course of action for when you decide you are ready.

As for TTC, I've been trying since Sept.2004 and it was only earlier this year I was dx with PCOS after going to my doctor trying to find out why... Everyone woman is different and it all depends on your severity of PCOS...
