Why steal - donate - or bank points (other than interest)? Banking points prevents them from being stolen. Stealing them isn't really done (and I don't think it ever worked quite right). Donating them helps others to buy things like a coloured name or gifts for others.

what is the purpose of the gifts and thingys that ppl have? Gifts are given by other cysters to show appreciation or to welcome new people. The ribbons are bought by a cyster to show her support for whatever the ribbon stands for (they often stand for more than one thing)

I have been on here about a week and thought i would figure it out eventually but i am having trouble catching on to stuff Welcome here. This is a great place, and eventually it will feel like home.
