I'm thinking of going vegan seems like the best way to get things in order, what are you thoughts?

Are the Glucophage pills big or small? I hope I spelled that right.

Welcome to SC!

In terms of diet, I've been watching carbs and trying to eat healthy in general since my diagnosis. I've also lost about 60 lbs within the last year and take Metformin and Spironalactone to help control my symptoms. The pills aren't too large, but they're certainly not small either. My symptoms have improved, and I look forward to further improvements with further weightloss.
