Default Newbie questions about anxiety, depression and PCOS

Hi Ladies,

I am so glad to have found you.

I've been treated on and off for anxiety and depression since I was 12 years old. I have a few questions for you:

1. How much are anxiety, depression, and PCOS related?
2. If you've been treated for PCOS do the depression and anxiety go away? It feels so hormonal, like my thoughts have no control of my emotions and fears, just my hormones.
3. I have absolutely no libido. Not even one inkling. The idea of sex to me sounds about as appealing as rolling around in a garbage bin filled with broken glass in 100 degree weather and a snowsuit. I don't have any past traumas. Is that common in PCOSers? I was always like that even before the antidepressants?
4. I hate antidepressants, I hate hormones, I hate pills. Blah. I am 25 years old and I have more pills than a lot of old ladies.

So some of these weren't questions but I just want to know if I get the hormone stuff taken care of, will the rest of everything straighten out? Is it possible for anxiety to be pure hormonally caused wi thout thoughts going into it?

Thanks so much
