While every woman is different, a really good place to start is cutting out all simple sugars/carbs from your diet. Up the protein, and cut out sugars. Eat 6 meals a day. Real the insulin resistance diet book. It's so helpful. It's a pain in the butt to follow the diet, but it works. It really works. We've all messed up our bodies by eating too much refined sugar, which has given us PCOS. To get back on track we have to eat healthy and exercise regularly. It sounds so simple, yet it's hard when it's not our habits. Good luck!
