what i forgot to say was i feel the same too , i love my friends but they dont seem to undersaand and ask me about symptoms and that but i get all embarassed about telling them about the hair and weight exctera YOU ARE NOT ALONE! *HUGS*.xxx

Hi

I got diagnosed 8 weeks ago and havn't really discussed PCOS with my friends (just one) and I havn't let my family know yet. I am not trying to get pregnant, I just want to sort out the excess hair, weight and regulate my periods. I have also been diagnosed with an underactive Thyroid and a gene in my blood means I am likely to get blood clots so I have had to stop taking the pill.
