Hi all. I have just recently been diagnosed with PCOS as of this past week, and to be honest had never really heard of PCOS until my Doctor decided she wanted to test me. I've done research since my diagnosis, but am looking for someone to share a personal perspective on what to expect. This is all new to me, and a bit scary to say the least. If someone can help me out, please do. I'm open to any and all advice.

welcome ! stay strong and stick in there ! the best advice that i can give... sense i'm new 2 pcos myself is choose ur good and close friends to b there 4 u .. times will b hard and it will help who u know u can count on and then theres us if u need anything ! the nxt best advice is sit down wit family and friends.. explain to them what ur goin through and the changes your emotions and hormones might have n the future ..and what helped me was i tried spreading the word bout pcos i dont understand y more people dont know bout this and so i joined facebook groups and got my family invovled i even have a have pcos charm for my braclet theres so much we can do .. so welcome and if u need anything i'm here .. the best thing is 2 kno ur NOT ALONE !!!
