Default Newly diagnosed (but with low testosterone)

Well, needless to say it's been a long road trying to get a diagnosis! My symptoms are: weight gain, fatigue, PMS, joint pain, cysts (confirmed by ultrasound), brain fog, etc. The doc put me on Metformin 2 months ago and I have lost 10 lbs! i would like to lose 20 more.

Ironically, my testerone levels are so low they are almost nonexistent! I thought this was one of the main symptoms of PCOS! Can anyone explain this?

I am 41 and just had my IUD removed on Monday. I really want to get pregnant! Funny, as I was registering for this site, my little sister (35 yrs old) sent me a text that she is pregnant. She got pg with her IUD and had it removed Monday as well! All of my sisters got pregnant easily so I hope I do too! I have already had one pregnancy and my son turned 21 last Jan. Is it true that if I was pregnant once my chances will be good I can get pregnant again?

My husband and I had a pre-conception appt last Monday and the doc didn't seemed concerned.
