Default NFP (natural family planning)

Hi Ladies--

Does anyone use Natural Family planning?

If so, is it effective for you, with the PCOS?

I am on Metformin and Yasmin right now, but was thinking of going off the Yasmin, I have been on long-term and want to try to go natural if I can.

If it works, which method? Billings? Creighton? Something else?

How do you control other things the bc pills do- mood, acne?

Thanks ladies
Carrie

I am working with a Creighton doctor (trained in NaPro Technology), have been for the past year, and he has helped more than any of my other docs in the past when I was just temp charting. He has upped my Met to 2000mg, gotten me past Clomid and onto Femera along with HCG injects.
