i had this before too. it doesn't happen with pms though nor does it happen every month. i used to think it happened with ovulation but that was before i found out that i haven't been ovulating. i'm also a belly sleeper so it was hard for me to sleep. i found it easier to sleep while wearing a sports bra during those times.

Happend to me for 2 weeks while on a clomid cycle after ovulation. As soon as AF came, they felt fine again.
