Default Nipples

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but for the past 3 to four days my nipples have been killing me. Not my bbs, just my nipples. They hurt bad enough that when I rolled over last night it actually woke me up. Can anyone give me some insight to what might cause this? Thanks!

I get that during PMS. Not the whole breast, just the nipples hurt so bad that I can't even wear a bra.

Is it possible that you are pregnant?

I dont know, I am BCPs but I suppose there is always the chance. Come to think of it my af only lasted about a day and that was two weeks ago tomorrow....so I am not sure. Do you think I should test?

It doesn't hurt to test. This is one of the symptoms I had when I was first pregnant.

i'm experiencing this as well. I thought I might be preggers (I've had 3 other kids so I thought I could recognize the symptoms). It's been 4 days since my last period (it was also short, I've had several short mild periods the last few months, and I'm used to painful, lingering, heavy periods) I bled throughout my last pregnancy (and had a healthy baby anyway!) so I thought this might be the case. However, I just tested negative on an at-home pee test. which is weird because I really feel preggers, and I even think that I've been feeling mild "kicking" in my belly. But the overwhelming nipple soreness is the sticker for me---- i only experience that during pregnancy. I'm gonna say that I'm not pregnant and chalk it up to crazy PCOS hormones. Can wacky hormones cause killer nip pain?

Pregnancy=wacky hormones
PCOS=wacky hormones

I'd say it falls into the realm of probability.

Thats how my last couple have been as well, very light but still ranging about 3-4 days, one day is pretty weird even for me. I have not tested, probably will in the morning to be safe.

Are you taking Met? The first few weeks I was on Met, I had really sore nipples. It eventually went away. I assume it was from the Met since I hadn't really changed anything else.

I feel like my nips are on fire when my progesterone is very high (like on Clomid cycles).

Not on met or Clomid, just BCPs, one of the generics for demulin, starts with a K I believe.

Took a test, it said no, guess I will just blame it on crazy PCOS!
