Just wanted to say that I am a patient of Dr. Derman and he has never done anything for my pcos beyond concurring with what my regular endocrinologist had already prescribed, he didn't even have much to say about it. I would not call him a pcos specialist. My dh and I both feel that we were rushed into treatments (clomid, IUI, IVF) without Dr. D really taking the time to consider whether my pcos was controlled well enough for them to be successful and we're kicking outselves now for going along with it. I am considering switching to Dr. Taliadouros at DVIFG in Marlton who is a pcos specialist and has a very methodical approach (testing out the wazoo, getting pcos under control through meds, nutrition, stress mgmt, then doing infertility treatments if necessary. Sorry for hijacking your thread, I just don't want others to waste time and money like I did.
Best of luck,
