Hi,
This is my second time taking Prometrium to induce AF. The first time, it came after 3 days. This time, it's been five days and nothing yet. Should I be concerned? I've had a little cold and been taking cold medicine--would that have any effect?
It seems like, for others, AF comes exactly the same time every time they use progesterone. Does that seem to be the case for everyone?

Also, for those of you using Prometrium, what's the latest AF has come? I'm wondering when I need to call my doctor.

I took prometrium also and AF never showed. I went to the doctor and was informed my testosterone was too high causing me not to have a cycle. Prometrium had worked before so I was very worried this time. You may want to call your doctor if she doesn't show up soon

I have had it take as long as 10 days, maybe 12.

I have been on Prometrium 400 mg for almost a year now. Every month it is different. Last month, I took 3 pills and started AF. I finally quit taking it after 6 pills instead of the 10 days I was supposed to take. Going to see a new Gyno next week.
